How long should I burn my candle?
For the best performance, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface during the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of the candle. Most candles should be burned for 2–4 hours at a time.
Should I trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each burn. This helps maintain a clean flame, reduces soot, and improves the overall burn performance of your candle.
Why does my candle look uneven after burning?
Coconut soy wax is a natural wax blend and may occasionally develop minor surface imperfections or variations after cooling. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, fragrance, or performance of your candle.
Why does my candle have small spots or frosting?
Natural waxes may develop slight frosting, texture changes, or wet spots due to temperature fluctuations. These cosmetic variations are common in coconut soy candles and are a sign of natural ingredients.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been packed and shipped.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order, but if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
